Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe is one of a famous Korean food prepared with traditional kimchi flavor. Kimchi is a pickled form of veggetables mainly cabbage prepared in traditional spices. This fried rice has some spicy and sour taste with sesame aroma.
2 bowls cooked rice
2 tbsp oil
1 cup kimchi (cut into small pieces)
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp kimchi liquid
1 tsp sesame Oil
1. In a saucepan, fry kimchi in 2 tbsp of oil
2. Add in sugar and cook for 5 mins.
3. Now add rice with salt, sesame oil and kimchi liquid, stir gently over high heat and toss them well so that every flavor incorporate well with the rice. Keep frying got 2-3 mins.
4. After that fry eggs in a frying pan, season with some salt and pepper and then put them onto the Kimchi Fried Rice platter before serving.
