This recipe for egg fried rice is another addition to our quick and easy recipe collection. It can be prepared in two ways one of them is given below and in other method, you can cook egg first to make it scrambled like and then mix it with rest of the ingredients; both yield same result.

Ingredients:

4 cup cooked rice
2 tsp salt
3 eggs
½ tsp MSG or kosher salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced green onions
4 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine together all ingredients except cooking oil and mix well using large spoon.
2. Heat oil in skillet and add the rice mixture, cook it over medium-high heat until eggs are cooked properly and break into small lumps.
3. Serve the hot egg fried rice with any vegetable or meat curry.
