Chicken Rolls

These are the very famous as well as common chicken roll recipe from the Pakistani cuisine. The main ingredient of stuffing is bbq chicken while the dressing is up to you. Mostly people like mayo dressing but you can also make it with Cole slaw dressing which enhances its flavor and looks attractive too. This homemade chicken roll recipe is very quick and healthy as compared to ready made chicken rolls that you buy from restaurants.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup BBq chicken pieces
– Paratha as required
– Mayonnaise as required
– Cole Slaw as required

Procedure :

Chicken Roll with Mayo Dressing :

1. To make chicken roll at first spread mayonnaise onto the paratha, then place 3-4 chicken pieces over it and in the end again add mayonnaise.
2. Roll the paratha with stuffing and then wrap it in butter paper so that it would not open and stuffing remain inside.

Chicken Roll with Cole Slaw Dressing :

1. To make chicken roll with Cole slaw at first spread Cole slaw onto the paratha, then place 3-4 chicken pieces over it and in the end again add bit of Cole slaw.
2. Similarly, roll the paratha with stuffing and then wrap it in butter paper so that it would not open and stuffing remain inside.

Delicious chicken roll is ready to serve.
