Chicken Vegetable CasserolePreparation time : 50 min | Serves 6-8 persons

This chicken vegetable casserole has creamy texture due to mayonnaise and sour cream, hence become more delicious and attractive for youngsters who don’t want to eat vegetables but this casserole is a complete meal having veggies and meat. You may also add other veggies or seafood like shrimps to make this recipe more tasty.

Ingredients:

4 cup chicken (cooked and shredded)
2 cup celery (chopped)
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 small onion (chopped)
1 cup almonds (chopped)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cup potato chips (crushed slightly)

Procedure:

1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except potato chips and mix well.
2. Take a greased casserole dish or any other baking dish and spread the mixture over the whole dish, Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top of it and then bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees F for 45 min until become light golden from top.
