Egg Casserole RecipePreparation time : 25 mins. | Serves 6 persons
This egg casserole recipe is more or less similar to other casserole recipes. In this recipe green ingredients are used like parsley and chives, you may add other veggies like spinach, green chilies, etc to make it healthy.


6 eggs
6 slices of bread
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp paprika


1. Beat eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Crumble the flour with butter until flour gets soft.
3. Remove the brown sides of bread and make fine crumbs.
4. Mix these crumbs in beaten egg and pout it into a greased baking dish. Spread cheese over the whole egg mixture and then place it in preheated oven for 10-15 mins. until cheese melts completely and become light brown.
