Mashed Potato PiePreparation time : 50 mins. | Serves 4-6 persons

This Mahsed Potato Pie Recipe is a simple and easy recipe which only takes time in baking. To make this fluffy light pie, you just need to combine ingredients and bake for at least half an hour. Then your pie will be ready to serve. To save your time you can also use ready made mashed potatoes instead of making the potato batter separately.


2 cup mashed potatoes
2 cup cottage cheese
2 egg
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp Italian seasoning mix


1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, sour cream , eggs and salt. Beat the mixture until becomes smooth.
2. Now take a greased casserole dish or pie dish, transfer the potato mixture in it, sprinkle the seasoned bread crumbs, cheese and Italian seasoning mix on top.
3. Place the dish in preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 30-40 mins. or until cheese melts and top turn into golden brown in color.
