Chicken PattyPreparation time : 25 mins. + 1 hour Setting time | Serves 6-8 patties

This Chicken Patty Recipe is prepared by grilling method using grill pan. These kind of patties are wonderful stuffing for sandwiches and burgers or you may serve it as it is with fresh veggies, noodles and your favorite sauce.


500 gm boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
4 green chilies
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp paprika
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp mustard paste
¾ cup breadcrumbs
1 medium onion (chopped)
½ egg (lightly beaten)


1. In the food processor, process together all ingredients with chicken cubes except bread crumbs till mix and grind well.
2. Take out the mixture into the bowl and mix with breadcrumbs so that patties make easily. If necessary add more amount of crumbs or flour to the mixture to handle it easily.
3. Now start making patties of the mixture. Place them onto the parchment sheet and then refrigerate or freeze them for at least an hour to make them firm or set.
4. After that heat grill or griddle pan with 1-2 tbsp of oil and cook patties on it over medium heat for 3-4 min per side then turn and cook for further 3-4 mins. When the patties become light brown from both sides and chicken is done take it out from the pan and serve with burger or toast.
