This easy stroganoff recipe is prepared with chicken and mushrooms that’s why its very easy to cook. The stroganoff can be either served with boiled rice or dinner rolls or any bread you like. You may also prepare this recipe with beef but in that case you will have to use undercut beef as it takes lesser time to cook.
1 lb boneless chicken (cut in small cubes)
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp chili powder
1 cup cream
1 tbsp sugar
4 sliced mushrooms
2 green chilies
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp ketchup
1. Heat butter in a pan and cook flour in the melted butter till become pleasant roasted smell starts to come.
2. Then add 2 cup water with salt, pepper and ketchup and let the sauce cook till gets thicken.
3. After that add chicken, sugar, mushrooms and chili powder, cover and cook for 10-15 min till the chicken and mushroom gets tender.
4. Then remove the pan from heat stir with cream and serve immediately.
