Millionaire PiePreparation time: 15 mins. + 3 hrs. Refrigeration time | Serves 4-6 persons

This Millionaire Pie is a no-bake pie that is prepared with pineapple, pecan, and coconut flavor. These flavors are folded in cream and condensed milk and then refrigerated over pie crust. For quick result, you may add 1 tbsp of dissolved gelatin to the filling and then refrigerate.


For Pie Crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (finely ground)
½ cup brown sugar
6 tbsp butter (melted)

For Filling:

1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 cup pineapple (well drained and crushed)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 can sweeten condensed milk
5 tbsp lemon juice
1½ cups whipped topping


1. To make crust combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter and mix well using your hands.
2. Take a deep pie crust and lined the base and sides with the prepared crumbs and then keep it in the fridge.
3. Now to prepare to fill in a mixing bowl combine pineapple, pecan, coconut flakes, lemon juice, and condensed milk and mix well.
4. Fold the mixture with the whipped cream and then pour it onto the prepared crust. Level the filling using a flat knife and then refrigerate for 3 hrs. or overnight.
