This ester eggs recipe is little bit spicy as compare to other Easter recipes. In this recipe ranch dressing and spicy brown mustard is used to give some delicious hot flavor to the dressing. You can also add chopped jalapeno or gherkins in the dressing to make it more tasty and hot.
12 hard boiled eggs (peeled)
5 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
½ tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1. Cut eggs from the center and remove yolks from each egg.
2. Put the yolks in a mixing bowl and mash it with mayonnaise, ranch dressing, spicy brown mustard and salt and make smooth fluffy mixture. It is better if you use egg beater to make creamy batter.
3. Now put the prepared dressing into the piping bag and then fill each half of egg with the dressing.
4. Place the stuffed eggs in a serving platter and sprinkle paprika on top.
