Egg-FrittataPreparation time : 20 min. | Serves 4-6 persons

This tempting egg frittata recipe is prepared with sausages flavor and topped with delicious herbs like basil with addition of some spice of red chilies and last but not least the cheesy flavor. It’s just like an egg pizza which is a complete meal and especially good for breakfast.


1 cup cream
8 eggs
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
4 sausages
2 green chili
6 basil leaves
4 fresh red chili
1 tsp red chili (chopped)
½ tsp salt
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic


1. Take mixing bowl and whisk together eggs and cream till become smooth fluffy batter. Then season it with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in frying pan and cook egg batter in it at low heat.
3. When color of egg changes to light brown start making layer of sausages, spring onion, basil, fresh red chili, chopped red chili, garlic and salt. In the end cover the whole frittata with cheddar cheese layer and bake in preheated oven for just 8-10 min at 400 degrees F.
